The Run Down

Friday
The Adults only KISS Kabaret
Doors open at 6:30pm
Kick off the KISS Arts Festival weekend with a cheeky adults only night of comedy, circus, burlesque and beautifully chaotic variety at The Pavilion in Kiama.
Featuring an all star lineup hosted by Kiki and Pascal, this is the show everybody will be talking about but nobody will quite be able to describe.
Grab a seat, book a table, and be part of the fun.
Saturday
25
Day one of the Festival!
12pm-7pm
Saturday is where it all begins. Expect a full afternoon of international comedy and circus lighting up the Main Stage with performances from Mullet and Mim, Fraser, Kiki and more.
Wander through the festival and you will find something happening at every turn. Try your hand at trapeze, juggling or hula hoops at the Circus Drop Zone, or head to Cafe De Rude for Musical Bingo, Nonsense Trivia and live performances overlooking Kiama Harbour.
Step inside The Alkazar for magic, bubbles, choir and circus, or get creative at AIR KISS where you can help build a 24 metre mural celebrating the Faces of KISS.
As the sun begins to set, make your way to the Lantern Parade at 7pm before the Fire Sculpture lights up the night at 7:30pm.
All day long there will be roving performers, food, drinks and plenty of opportunities to get involved and be part of the fun.
Sunday
26
Day two of the Festival!
10am-5pm
Sunday keeps the energy going with a full day of performances starting from 10:30am on the Main Stage. Settle in for more comedy, circus and music across the festival as your favourite acts return alongside new surprises.
Make your way to the harbour for the Ray White Raft Race, one of the most loved and chaotic moments of the weekend, then continue exploring everything the festival has to offer.
Cafe De Rude returns with Musical Bingo and live performances, while The Alkazar hosts another packed lineup of magic, bubbles and variety. The Circus Drop Zone is back for one last day, giving everyone the chance to run away with the circus, even if just for a moment.
Add your mark to the AIR KISS mural, catch the roving performers throughout the day and wind things down with music, food and a well earned festival wine down as the weekend comes to a close.

Blow me a KISS
AIR KISS returns this year with our Pinwheel windmill Farm and Unity Project. Local Artists Penny Sudabin and Tim Rushby-Smith bring The Unity Project back to KISS to create a meaningful and respectful forum for our community to discuss the divisive issue of Off-Shore wind farms. Alongside a community made pin-wheel wind farm. The public will be invited to share their thoughts, concerns, excitement and/or disappointment at the news that an offshore wind farm zone has been given the green light 30kms off the coast of the Kiama.
